MoCCA Comics

Here are some comics I drew on the plane ride home, about our adventures in New York.






Ed pointed out that it looks like we were offered cocaine and then did it. I apologize for my poor cartooning. He was buying that rap cd, and while he was doing that a guy came up offering to sell him cocaine. Ed did not take him up on his offer. We were just really drunk.







I have some photos too. But I am pretty tired. Hey look, I drew Jason Kieffer looking just like Zander in True Loves. My skills were fairly low on the plane last night.

I lived there for 4 years and no one ever offered me any cocaine. Someone did offer to perform cunnilingus on me one time though, I had to turn him down, you don't want to buy that stuff off the street.

We wanted to go to the Mazzuchelli show Saturday but we just had dinner and collapsed in our hotel instead, heat makes you tired!

It is true, there are some things that you shouldn't buy off the street...

The Mazzuchelli show flippin' blew my mind. I can't wait to buy that book (oh wait, I DID wait already!)

That is supposed to be you in the Gabrielle Bell panel. Yikes! Did I mention how tired I was when I was drawing these?

I was offered cocaine too! It was as I was walking to find the A train after arriving at Giant Robot only to find that it was closed.

Oh yeah, now that you mention it, Dalton and I were offered... something down that way. Also, when I phoned you, the payphone was just across an intersection from a Foodhole.

I bought the original printing he did, so I skipped the new "real" printing...but now I am rethinking that decision!
